Good thing Madison Bumgarner of the San Francisco Giants doesn't face the Arizona Diamondbacks on a regular basis. For some reason, the D-Backs have been the only team to solve the left hander this season. Arizona snapped Bumgarner's personal five-game winning streak Friday night by knocking off the Giants 5-1 at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ. Bumgarner

(5-2), who had a 1.20 earned-run-average during his five-game winning streak, gave up four earned runs in six innings. In two games against the D-Backs this season, Bumgarner, who is 0-2 against Arizona this season, has given up eight earned runs in ten innings for a whopping 7.20 ERA.
The D-Backs defeated Bumgarner 5-4 back on April 6. Bumgarner gave up four earned runs in four innings that night. Bumgarner won't pitch again until May 16 against the St. Louis Cardinals at AT&T Park.
