Watauga High Athletics Director Tom Wright has announced that Saturday's scheduled baseball game between the Pioneers and Mount Tabor has been postponed in anticipation of inclement weather. The weather

forecast for Saturday is calling for an 80% chance of rain. The game will not be rescheduled.
WHS coach Pete Hardee has also announced that the Ardrey Kell game that was postponed twice (originally on March 3 and again on March 17) will not be rescheduled. The Pioneers, following tonight's match up with South Caldwell, have three games left on the schedule.
They travel to Hibriten Tuesday night; they will play A.C. Reynolds Wednesday in the final non-conference game of the season; and they celebrate Senior Night next Friday night when St. Stephens comes to town. Our coverage for tonight's game between the Pioneers and South Caldwell begins at 6 p.m. on Oldies 100.7 FM.
