|Break-ins, Larcenies; Arrests|

Ashe Sheriff James Williams reports that several suspects have been arrested recently clearing 4 different residential break-ins. Detectives have arrested David Allen Holman, age 31, of West Jefferson in the break-in of two Todd residences March 17th; the home of John M. Cahill and in the break-in of the Andrew Bryant home.
David Allen Holman was charged with Breaking and Entering and Larceny after Breaking and Entering in the case of each residence. Holman has made bond and is awaiting probable cause hearings.
Scott Stout, 31 of Laurel Springs, admitted to the break-in of Thomas C. Woodie of Laurel Springs while in court on other break-in charges. Woodie’s residence was broken into just prior to Christmas, according to sheriff Williams. Stout pled guilty to the charges of breaking, entering, and larceny while in court on those similar charges stemming from multiple earlier break-ins.
Twin brothers were arrested in the March 26th break-in at the Terri Ford residence in Grassy Creek. Arrested for this break-in were brothers, Christopher Charles Campbell and Chad Edward Campbell, both 19 of Grassy Creek. The Campbells were charged with Breaking and Entering, Larceny after Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Burglary Tools.Both suspects have made bond and are awaiting their probable cause hearings.
Multiple pieces of property were taken from these residences, some of which has been recovered.
