Watauga High baseball coach Pete Hardee has announced that today's game between the Pioneers and Ardery Kell has been postponed for the second tinme in two weeks. The game was suppose to be played March 3 in Charlotte, but it was rained out. So, the teams decided to play today. But, thanks

to heavy rains in the Charlotte area Friday night, the Knights were forced to make up a (Southwestern 4A) conference game on Saturday instead. No make up date has been announced.
"Hal (Ardrey Kell coach, Bagwell) wants to play," Hardee said. "We're hoping to play this game in the next few weeks, if the weather and the time we have remaining on the schedule allows us to do it."
The Pioneers (4-3 ovearll; 2-1 Northwestern 3A/4A Conference) travel to South Caldwell Tuesday night. Ethan Greene (2-1) gets the starting nod for the Pioneers. Our coverage begins at 6 p.m. on Oldies 100.7 FM.
