WHS Baseball At Ardrey Kell Postponed PDF Print

Watauga High baseball coach Pete Hardee has announced that Saturday's game with Ardrey Kell has been rained out. The game has been tenatively rescheduled for Saturday, March 17. A confirmation on that date will be made

on Monday, according to Hardee. The Pioneers (2-0)
travel to Newton, N.C., on Tuesday to play Fred T. Foard (2-0) in their Northwestern 3A/4A Conference opener. Ethan Greene (1-0), who will also be our guest on the Dug Out Show, will get the starting nod for the Pioneers. Our coverage Tuesday night begins at 6 p.m. on Oldies
100.7 FM.
Also first baseman Clint Trivette is out three weeks with a hairline fracture in his right hand. Trivette was injuried during Thursday night's game at Mount Tabor. He left the game in the fourth inning and was replaced by Chance Richards.
