Athlete DeAndre Presley and wide receiver Brian Quick of Appalachian State University head a list of 22 Football Championship Sub-Division players that have been invited to the National Football League Scouting Combine

at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, IN, February 22-28. There are five players among the 22 invitees from the Southern Conference. Quarterback B.J. Coleman of Chattanooga, and defensive backs Ryan Steed of Furman and Cory White of Samford will join Presley and Quick at the scouting combine.
Presley, who finished third in the Walter Payton Award voting after his junior year, played a number of positions for the Mountaineers last season. He began the year as ASU's staring quarterback, but was replaced by Jamal Jackson after he was injuried. Presley played in the Florida All-Star Game on January 21 and returned a punt 65-yards for a touchdown in that game.
Quick leaves ASU as the school's all-time leading receiver. He caught 71 passes for 1,069 yards and 11 touchdowns last fall. For his career, Quick, who raised his stock with NFL scouts in the Senior Bowl on January 28, is ASU's all-time leader in receptions (202), touchdown receptions (31) and receiving yards (3,418).
