Former Appalachian State University strength and conditioning coach Jeff Dillman has been named the new strength and conditioning coach at the University of

Florida by head football coach Will Muschamp.
He replaces Mickey Marotti, who left last month to join former Gators' coach Urban Meyer, who will take over at Ohio State next season. Dillman also worked at his alma mater Appalachian State, where he oversaw teams during back-to-back Division I-AA national titles as the head strength and conditioning coach in 2006 and 2007. He also served on the staff at LSU for its SEC and BCS championships in 2003.
He was the head of physical conditioning at the IMG Performance Institute in Bradenton before he accepted the strength and conditioning position at Florida.
