Lees-McRae College senior Mary Dorn (Shallotte, N.C.) headlines a group of three Bobcats on the 2011 NSCAA NCAA Division II Women's Soccer all-Southeast Region teams, announced region officials Friday. Joining Dorn

on the all-region teams were second-team selection MaryBeth Sullivan (Greensboro, N.C.) and third-team honoree Brooke Santerre (Port Republic, Md.).
Lees-McRae (13-5-3) enjoyed one of the best seasons in program history this fall, advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history after capturing the program's first Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament championships since 2000. The Bobcats posted a 13-5-3 overall record while going 11-1 in league play, setting a program mark for most conference wins in a season.
A native of Shallotte, N.C., Dorn adds to her individual awards bouquet from this season after receiving her third-straight all-Conference Carolinas selection, earning first team honors for the second consecutive year. Dorn was a tremendous part of the Bobcats' success this season, leading Lees-McRae to the conference regular season and tournament titles while helping the backline record 12 clean sheets. The 5-5 defender posted four goals and nine points this season, while also earning a spot on the Daktronics all-Southeast Region First team.
Sullivan nets her first career NSCAA all-region recognition, while earning a spot on the Daktronics all-Southeast Region Second team for the second straight season. The Greensboro, N.C. native finished the season ranked second on the team in goals (11) and points (24), while netting four match-winners en route to her second straight all-conference first team selection.
Santerre put together another solid season for the Bobcats, tallying eight goals, four assists, and 20 points en route to her second consecutive all-Conference Carolinas First Team selection. The Port Republic, Md. native also became the first player in program history to earn a spot on the Capital One Academic all-District III First team earlier this fall, netting her second straight academic all-district selection.
Lees-McRae is expected to return 17 letter-winners from this year's Conference Carolinas regular season and tournament championship squad, including Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year Meagan Thornton (Millville, N.J.) and Sullivan.
