Mark LeGree just can't find a home.
The former All-America safety from Appalachian State University was released by the San Francisco 49ers on Tuesday. The 49ers are

the third team to release LeGree this season. He was signed to the 49ers practice squad on November 17.
A fifth-round draft choice of the Seattle Seahawks back in April, LeGree was the only one of nine rookies selected to be released at the end of training camp. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals and was placed on their practice squad on September 21, but they released him on October 5.
LeGree became expendable when the 49ers re-signed wide receiver John Matthews. LeGree was a three-time All-America and had 22 career interceptions during his playing days at ASU.
