Former Watauga High graduate Murphy Post finally cracked the win column at the varsity level.
His first win came Tuesday night
when St. Stephens defeated Bandys 66-43 in a non-conference game in Catawba, NC. Kerigan Farley led the Indians (1-1) with 11 points.
St. Stephens, which led from start to finish, built a 16-4 lead in the opening stanza; the Indians led 39-14 at the intermission. Post and the Indians entertain the Pioneers on January 17; Post returns to his alma mater on February 10 in the regular-season finale for both teams.
