An 88-year old Longview woman is missing and is the subject of a silver alert. Carrie Lee Houser Foster, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, left her 140 33rd St home some time yesterday, probably driving her 1984 blue Buick LeSabre.

It was believed that she was heading to a Hickory address, but that as of early this morning, she has not been found, according to police there.  She’s described as a white female, 5’2” tall. Anyone with information about Mrs. Foster or who may have seen her Buick should contact Longview Police at 828-327-2343or the nearest law enforcement agency.
