Lenoir-Rhyne University's Catherine Hauck (Lake Mary, Fla.) has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Soccer Player Of The Week, league officials announced today.
Hauck, a senior All-American midfielder, led L-R to a pair of victories over Belmont Abbey (4-1) and Anderson (1-0) last Wednesday and Saturday, respectively.

In the home win over the Crusaders last Wednesday, Hauck tallied a goal and an assist before scoring the lone goal in the Bears' road victory in the league opener against the Trojans.
Hauck, the 2010 South Atlantic Conference Player of the Year and Tournament Most Valuable Player, currently leads the team in goals scored (four) and points (nine).
Hauck, who earned All-American honors by both the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Daktronics last season, has scored a goal in four straight matches.
Lenoir-Rhyne (4-1, 1-0) is currently ranked No. 7 in the nation and first in the NSCAA NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Poll.
L-R looks to extend its winning streak to four matches when it travels to Brevard, N.C., to face Brevard in a conference match on Wednesday beginning at 4 p.m.
