Rob Bliss, who built a powerhouse program at East Burke High, has found his way back to the area.

He's been named the new basketball coach at Fred T. Foard. He replaces Mike Hainrihar, who resigned after his first season on the job. The Tigers are winless in the Northwestern 3A/4A Conference since the league was organized in 2009-10. The Tigers, who were 3-20 last season, have lost 26 consecutive league games in two seasons.
Bliss is their third coach in as many years. He was 60-47 during his five year stay at West Henderson. Bliss resigned as head basketball coach at West Henderson in February of 2010 before he reconsidered. The Falcons were 6-19 last season.
