Nate Montana, the oldest son of Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana, has pleaded guilty to reckless driving in connection to his arrest on June 3 in Missoula, MT.

Montana was also charged with a DUI, but the Missoula County District Attorney dropped the charge stating that Montana did not perform poorly enough on his sobriety test to warrent the charge. Montana paid $435 in fines and court costs. His 90-day jail sentence was suspended, but he was ordered to complete a chemical dependency program.
Montana transferred to the University of Montana in February from Notre Dame. And following spring workouts, Montana is in the running to be the Grizzlies' starting quarterback this fall.
