ASU ranked third in Coaches Poll PDF Print

The Mountaineers kept their No. 3 ranking in the FCS Coaches Poll, which was released on Monday.

The Mountaineers, who rallied to beat Chattanooga, did receive one first-place vote. Montana, which was ranked second last week, is the new No. 1 team. The Grizzlies received 16 first-place votes.
Villanova, the No.1 team in the pre-season poll, falls to No.4; Southern Illiois in at No.2 and New Hampshire is ranked fifth.

Ironically, the Widlcats, despite losing their No.1 pre-season ranking, did receive eight first-place votes.
Elon, which lost to Duke in its season opener, is ranked eighth. The Mountaineers take on Jacksonville Saturday at Kidd Brewer Stadium Our coverage begins at 1:30 pm on AM 1450 WATA.
Saturday will also be Hall of Fame day at Kidd Brewer Stadium.
