Jason Capel just keeps finding quality recruits to join his program.

This time around the first-year coach has landed Michael Neal from Oak Ridge Military Academy. Neal has made a verbal committment to play at Appalachian State University. He is a 6-foot-1 guard, that was slowed by injuries last season at Northern Guilford. He will be a senior in the fall after transferring to Oak Ridge.
Neal is the third player that's made a verbal committment to join the Mountaineers. He joins rising sophomores G.J. Vilarino, a point guard who announced Monday he was transferring in from Gonzaga, and seven-footer Brian Okam, a native of Nigeria, who will transfer in from Rutgers.
Both Vilarino and Okam will be not be eligible until the 2011-12 season because of NCAA transfer rules.
