A motorcyclist was injured yesterday afternoon in an accident that occurred in front of a Watauga Medics Ambulance heading to a call. The wreck was just before 2pm on Bamboo Road near Brook Hollow Road, and caused some injuries to the cyclist, who was rushed to Watauga Medical Center by the ambulance, while another unit was dispatched to the original call further up Bamboo Road. The initial look at the scene by the state patrol indicated that there was no collision between the ambulance and motorcycle, and little damage involved.
