Death found to be of natural causes, but two persons of interest may still face charges.

Authorities in Lincoln, Maine are continuing their weekend investigation into the death of a Mountain City, Tennessee truck driver.

Brian Steven Isdell, 55, was found by a Lincoln police officer around 3 a.m. Thursday morning according to the Bangor Daily News. Isdell was found in a parking lot but his truck was parked across the street with the motor running and the lights on.

The officer discovered the driver within seven minutes of the truck's arrival, after investigators reviewed surveillance camera footage at the lot. Isdell was taken to a hospital where he later died. The autopsy concludes that Isdell died of natural causes brought on by heart disease.

In a Saturday follow up story, the paper reported that residents of that area believe that Isdell died after confronting a group of teens who were throwing objects at his truck. The residents added that the parking lot is a popular teenage hangout where cocaine, marijuana, alcohol and drug dealing activities are very prevalent.

Lincoln Police Chief William Flagg told the paper that two men may still face charges related to Isdell's death, but they would not be homicide charges.

The truck was owned by Jeff Nelson Trucking of Mountain City, TN.
