Caldwell County’s National Guard 630th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion is coming home.

The troops arrived in Fort Dix, New Jersey last Saturday and should be at the Readiness Center in Lenoir on Saturday morning. The 630th is comprised of about 70 members. They have been in Iraq since May of 2006, providing logistical support in the Andar province.

The welcome home ceremony is at 2 p.m. at Hibriten High School.
