State businesses seek carbon emissions policy PDF Print

Some North Carolina business leaders believe a federal carbon emissions policy, rather than piecemeal state-by-state policies
would encourage companies to invest more money in projects associated with climate change. Those leaders were among those attending a discussion on corporations and global climate change Monday. Bank of America and Wachovia were among the five businesses represented.
