Tennessee two face cocaine charges in Watauga PDF Print
Sunday, 05 August 2007 20:00

Watauga County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit has arrested two individuals for possible cocaine possession.

The arrests came out of a traffic stop in the Wilson’s Ridge Road/Bamboo Road area of Watauga County Friday evening. A statement from Watauga County Sheriff’s Office alleges the vehicle was stopped “in reference to suspicious activity.” A search of the vehicle yielded straws with white powder on them and four individually wrapped baggies of the white powder. 37-year-old Paul J. Glasgow of Butler, Tennessee, and 27-year-old Angela L. Dutton of Mountain City, Tennessee face several charges as result of the incident, including possession of cocaine with intent to sell and deliver. Glasgow and Dutton were held on a $10,000 and $6,000 bond, respectively.
