Frigid Weather to Continue Throughout the Week PDF Print
Written by Adam Hicks

Just in case you didn’t know winter was here from the 18-inch snow two weeks ago or the devastating ice storm last weekend, Old Man Winter reared his head again this weekend and brought the High Country its coldest temperatures of the season.  Weather officials expect this trend to continue throughout the week.

According to the National Weather Service, we could see snow every day this week except Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

The temperature is also not expected to rise above freezing for the entire week.

Windchills this weekend flirted with 20 below zero across the higher elevations.
