At ten a.m. in the Seven Devils Town Council Chambers, yet another discussion meeting between the Council and property owners, the Cottoms, is scheduled to take place.

With possible eminent domain action on hold, both the Cottoms and the Council is optimistic that the property in question can be shared. The Cottoms, who own both the golf course property and the ski resort, may lease part of the property to the town during the summer months, while expanding the slopes during the winter. The plan currently being discussed involves using what used to be hole 4 for a new snow tubing slope. Hole 5 may be used for parking. The Council hopes there is enough room left over for an 18-hole golf course.
