Boone Police have identified a 77-year old High Point woman as the person hurt when struck by a 2008 Nissan on the lot of the Boone Walmart just before noon Tuesday.  Judith Sara Kobler of High Point was struck as she was walking near the grocery entrance to the store when Robert Salvatore Danza, 82, of Indialantic Florida pulled out of the parking section—police say in front of another vehicle—and there struck the woman, knocking her a distance with that impact.  Yesterday, Boone Police said the woman suffered some serious injuries from the incident, and said that charges against Danza are pending. The Boone Police report says the incident was caught on surveillance video.
