A family escaped their burning house early yesterday as Cove Creek, Zionville, and other agencies responded to the predawn blaze.  The family woke in their 410 Isenhour Road home to smoke, firefighters arrived just after 5:30am to find fire in the attic, but they managed to quickly knock down the fire, but still had hours of dealing with hot spots and the damage.  The Watauga County Fire Marshal was called to the scene to help with the investigation into the fire.
