Boone Police are investigating a robbery at the local Walgreens Drug from Sunday night after a man reportedly robbed the store, inferring he had a gun and threatened to use it if not given prescription drugs.  The Boone Police release say the man entered Walgreens around 9:30 p.m. indicating that he inferred to the clerk that he had a gun, but apparently did not show a weapon, then fled the scene after demanding the drugs. Police said the suspect fled in a vehicle, a blue or silver Ford van, which was parked in the Makoto's restaurant parking lot.
