A crash late last night injured two near the Avery Mitchell line, with units from both counties responding to the crash.  Witnesses said the crash involved an older model minivan traveling north on US19E line into Avery when it crossed the center line and veered off of the left side of the highway, rolling down an embankment beside of the entrance to Mayland Community College around 11:30pm. The driver and a passenger were transported from the scene, according to witness, Scott Hicks, who heard, then found the crash and called 9-1-1.
