High Country Crime Stoppers and Boone Police seek the public’s help in a vandalism that occurred Sunday, October 13th at 12:40 AM, at the Temple of the High Country on West King Street.  Boone Police say two male suspects were observed on surveillance video vandalizing the property by wrapping a chain used to section off the parking area around some vent pipes on the back side of the building.  While on the property, the two suspects also pulled wiring out of electrical boxes on the back of the 1043 West King Street building, resulting in damage to the building's sewage system.  The two males can be seen entering the property from the King Street side of the building in that video, that shows the suspects to be two white males in their late teens or early twenties.  They are approximately 5’08” to 5’10” tall and are both clean-shaven.  The males were wearing dark-colored sweatshirts, one of which may have lettering on it.  Anyone with information on this crime or any other crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 828-268-6959 / 828-737-0125 or the Boone Police Department at 828-268-6900.  All information will be kept confidential. High Country Crime Stoppers pays rewards for information, which leads to arrests; recovery of stolen property; seizure of drugs and the location of wanted persons.
