Two Hickory teens face felony charges after two robbery attempts Saturday morning.

18-year-old Adrian Dominique Bratton and 17-year-old Pierre Demond Ramseur face one count each of attempted robbery and armed robbery.

The teens are alleged to have attempted to rob the McDonald’s restaurant on U.S. 321 in Hickory just after 4 a.m. Police say they walked up to the drive-through window claiming to have a gun. The employees did not give them money- but the teens didn’t stop there.

The suspects then walked to the Save More on First Avenue, SW, where they are alleged to have shown the clerk a firearm as they grabbed one carton of Black and Mild cigarettes. The teens were arrested later Saturday morning at their residences.
