Suspect Sought in Felony Hit-and-Run PDF Print

A motorcyclist was injured in what is now being called a felony hit-and-run. Wednesday night, just before 11, Lenoir Police received a call of an accident on Wilkesboro Blvd., in front of State Employees Credit Union.  The caller stated that a car hit a motorcycle and left the scene. Robert Freeman Wilson, operator of a 2008 Suzuki Scooter and was air-lifted to CMC where the Hudson man was listed in stable condition yesterday.  Due to evidence located at the scene, the suspect vehicle in the felony hit-and-run is known to be a dark silver/gray 2012-2014 Hyundai Elantra GT or I30, police saying that the vehicle will have extensive front end damage.
