Two Women Raped, Two Suspects Charged PDF Print

Two Boone men have been charged with raping two women—one charged with strangulation—an an incident from late Friday night. The Boone Police release said that at approximately 10:00 PM, Boone Police responded to a report of two sexual assaults at a Queen Street residence. Boone Police say the two suspects allegedly assaulted two females, and as a result of the investigation, David Lee Weber, 22 of Assembly Drive, Boone, is charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Forcible Rape and two counts of Assault by Strangulation.  Jose Antonio Cuevas, 21, of Queen Street, Boone, is charged with two counts of 2nd Degree Forcible Rape. David Lee Weber was set a $175,000 Secured Bond, Cuevas was set a $150,000 secured bond. Both men have October 29th court dates.  Boone Police say the assailants were acquaintances of the victims.
