20 killed statewide in wrecks over Thanksgiving holiday PDF Print

Watauga County wasn’t the only area devastated by loss over the weekend.
North Carolina Patrol reports at least 20 people were killed in vehicle accidents between 6 p.m. Wednesday and Sunday night. That’s up from last year’s Thanksgiving weekend when 11 people died statewide. Troopers warn that the number of fatalities could increase as reports are updated.
