100 trees left at Eagles Nest PDF Print
Monday, 26 November 2007 18:00

Saturdays and Sundays through December 16- visit Eagles Nest in Banner Elk.

For a $35 donation, you’ll not only get a barbeque lunch, but a Christmas tree. Most importantly, however, you’ll be contributing to a good cause, Eagles Nest’s Jennifer Byland says.

“Proceeds of the event benefit the underprivileged children of Banner Elk.”

The promotion started last weekend, and Eagles Nest still has about 100 Christmas trees. Byland hopes families will make Eagles Nest a part of their holiday tradition.

“It’s important to be able to help other families during the holiday season.”

The promotion, called From Trees to Dreams has a $5,000 goal. Anyone needing additional information should call Byland at 828-898-8645.
