Appalachian Ski Resort is open. With approximately six inches of manmade snow on the mountain, conditions are great for a holiday ski, Brad Moretz says.
"Right now we've got two slopes open. We're got a good snowmaking
forecast over the next couple of days, and we're looking forward to
being able to open up more terrain and have some good skiing ahead."
The resort is open during the daytime only until December 1.
If you make it to the slopes before four, ski for free as a part of Appalachian's opening day celebration.
