Lenoir pair charged with trafficking PDF Print

Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office Intercounty Counterdrug Enforcement, or ICE Unit, as well as the United States Postal Inspection Service,

have arrested two Lenoir men after a suspicious package was intercepted. Last week, deputies charged 31-year-old Sheldon Juan Ferguson and 31-year-old Alan Eugene Davidson with felonious trafficking in marijuana and maintaining a dwelling place to keep or store a controlled substance.


Federal authorities intercepted a package addressed to Davidson’s residence. Officers searching the package discovered 10-pounds of marijuana. Reports say the drug’s street value is about $24,000,
