Emily Anderson’s friends and family have increased the
reward for information about her murder.
$3,500 will go to anyone with information
leading to a conviction of the person or people responsible for Anderson’s
murder. Anderson’s body was discovered in the toolbox of her truck on January
7, 2006. Anderson’s husband, Jerry, was charged with her murder and went to
trial in May. A mistrial was declared on July 20, and the district attorney’s
office has not decided whether to retry him. Investigators continue to call
Jerry Anderson their primary suspect. The Andersons ran a dairy farm in Sawmills.
