Queer Film Series begins tonight at ASU PDF Print

Appalachian State University’s 8th Annual Queer Film Series starts tonight 
at 7:30 p.m. in Room 114 of Belk Library and Information Commons. Films will be shown each Monday evening for four weeks. Tonight’s film, “Judith Butler: Philosophical Encounters of the Third Kind,” is an up-close personal encounter with the author of best-selling “Gender Trouble.” Future films in the series include “FtF: Female to Femme” and “Paper Dolls.” The series is sponsored by Appalachian’s College of Arts and Sciences, Equity Office, Multicultural Center, Library Collections Development and Center for Judaic, Holocaust and Peace Studies.
