Ashe Sheriff James Williams reports that two break-ins, one from January and another from March of this year, have yielded the arrest of a Lansing man.  Homes broken into were those of Randy Gurlarz and Donna Farmer both in Lansing. Arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering, and Larceny after Breaking and Entering in the residence of Gurlarz was Brandon C. Moore, age 24, of Lansing.    Moore was also charged with Felonious Larceny in the case of Farmer’s break-in.  About a third of the property from these break-ins has been recovered by detectives assigned to the cases. Moore has had his first appearance and is incarcerated under a $75,000 bond on the case of Gurlarz and a $15,000 bond on Farmer’s case.
