A Boone woman was injured when she ran the red light on East King Street turning onto Jefferson Road just after 9:30 last night.  Hannah Tidyman’s ’97 Subaru struck the front of a panel truck in the 421-194 intersection, spinning the Subaru around 180 degrees before coming to rest. Watauga Medics were called and transported Hannah Tidyman to Watauga Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, according to officer Regan’s report.  Trucker Elmar Clarisse of Kissimmee, Florida, was not hurt.  Police cited Tidyman, 20, for a Red Light violation in the wreck that totaled her Subaru and disabled the truck.
