Two arrests have been made by Tennessee authorities, a week to the day after a Mountain City Couple were found dead in their home—their son still unharmed in his mother’s arms.  The arrests were made this morning, according to WCYB, saying Jamie Curd and Marvin Potter Junior are in custody facing two charges of first degree murder. Bill Payne Junior and Billie Hayworth were found dead inside of their home in the Doe Valley community last Tuesday morning. The motive for the double slaying is not clear at this point, but according to a press release from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation cited by the station, the victims made complaints against Potter's daughter for harassing and making threats against them by telephone and over the internet. Curd and Potter were booked in the Johnson County Jail on $200,000 bond each. They will be in court on March 7.
