A Sugar Grove man was injured as his truck ran off of a steep, curvy section of Clarks Creek Road late yesterday afternoon, careened off a small cliff, slammed onto a driveway, then further off the road and into a tree.  61-year old Richard Steven Storie suffered facial injuries in the 4pm crash as his 2001 Toyota pickup took part of its path off the road airborne. Storie told investigating trooper Alexander that deer crossed his path as he came down the steep section of roadway, but he was cited for exceeding a safe speed for the rainy conditions, as well as Failure to Maintain Lane Control.
