High Country Crimestoppers Seeks Avery Info PDF Print

Avery Crimestoppers has a number of incidents for which citizen information would be helpful; two reports of Larceny from this past week at Life Care Center of Banner Elk. Suspects have been identified, but so far, no arrests. There was also a report of credit card fraud, still under investigation as well. Another report was made about drug paraphernalia found on private property, with that investigation revealing items consistent with a “shake and bake” meth lab.
The Avery Sheriff’s Office also reports damage to property made earlier this month to the front window of a convenience store in the southern part of the county—and they’re asking for any information about these ongoing cases or any other crimes, and you can call the Avery County Sheriff’s Office or High Country Crimestoppers at 828-737-0125.  Remember Crimestoppers wants your information not your name.
