The gaswatch has gas up another 11 cents this morning—our BP barometer showing the gas at $3.46 for regular after being at $3.35 for a couple of days—and up from $3.15 Monday.

In the foothills, our folks report regular at 3.42 today, up more than 10 cents this week. Oil closed at $102 a barrel yesterday, dashing hopes that it might settle just under $100 for a time and give our wallets a rest.  Unrest continued in Libya yesterday where a citizen army has taken over large areas of the country—one of the largest oil producers in the world.  Unrest has spread across North Africa and is still spilling over still to other countries, so there’s no end in sight.
