On September 15 and 16, 2010 the pictured individual obtained another person’s mail, then used an ATM card and pin number from that mail to make withdrawals against the victim’s account at ATM machines in Boone and in Maiden.

The pictured suspect appears to be an older white female.  She was seen conducting transactions at the State Employee’s Credit Union ATM locations on Blowing Rock Road, at New Market Center, and on East King Street.
