A federal grand jury indicted three Caldwell County residents last week and one of the suspects remains at large.

Our news partner, Foothills Radio Group, reports 42-year-old Jimmy Earl Hilton Jr., his wife 32-year-old Tamatha Hilton, and Hilton’s ex-wife 41-year-old Jacqueline Hilton are now facing charges that they allegedly embezzled money from the Woodsmith Company of Lenoir over a two-year period.

Thirty-five counts were reportedly handed down in the indictment.

Jimmy Hilton Jr. and his current wife, Tamatha, were charged in Charlotte last week and were released on bond, but a representative with the secret service told High Country Radio Jacqueline Hilton remains at large.  Anyone with information about her whereabouts should contact the secret service at (704) 442-8370.
