A pedestrian was struck and killed last night on a dark Caldwell County road, but it appears that the driver will not be charged.  Gary Lunsford, 52, of Granite Falls was the pedestrian who was struck and killed walking at the 321A and Bakers Circle intersection around 9:30 last night.
