State Unemployment Rises for the First Time Since May

North Carolina’s unemployment rate increased from 10.8 percent to 11 percent in October, according to numbers released from the NC Employment Security Commission today.  This is the first time the unemployment rate has risen since May.

New License Plate Law on the Books
