State July Jobless Rate Up

Tennessee Fugitive Arrested in Avery

Avery Sheriff’s officers arrested Rachel Lee McCoury, 43, of 538 Barlow Rd, Elk Park, on a fugitive warrant from Tennessee.  McCoury was wanted for Promotion of Methamphetamines and Sale of Schedule III drugs in Carter County, TN.
