Third Fire in 3 Days; Caution Urged

Man Hospitalized, Another Charged in Assault

A Yancey County woman has been sentenced on Federal counts involving child pornography. On Thursday, February 12th, U.S. District Judge Martin Reidinger sentenced Tabatha Dianne Black, 35, of Bakersville to 210 months in prison and a lifetime of supervised release. Watauga Jurors Excused Next Week
