Griewisch Named SAC Women's Cross Country Runner Of Week

Lenoir-Rhyne's Kate Griewisch has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Cross Country Runner Of The Week, league officials announced today. Griewisch, a senior from Banner Elk, N.C., wins the award for the fourth time this season and for the 13th time in her career.

LRU Men's Golf Fourth At Lincoln Memorial Invite

The Lenoir-Rhyne Men's Golf Team shot a 296 (+8) for a fourth-place standing out of 16 teams Mondayafter the first round of the Lincoln Memorial Fall Invitational. The tournament is taking place at the Wasioto Winds Golf Course.
King and Pfeiffer both carded a 287 (-1) on the par-72, 6,825-yard course and are tied for first place after the first day of action.
